Palhinha had a solid campaign at Craven Cottage as he put in a series of impressive performances at the centre of Fulham’s midfield. The 28-year-old scored four goals in 40 matches for the Cottagers last season in all competitions.

The Portuguese midfield ace gave a good account of himself by averaging 4.2 tackles, 1.3 interceptions, 1.7 clearances and 1.1 shots per 90 minutes in Premier League football.
