According to local sources, Nottingham Forest midfielder Gustavo Scarpa may be returning to Brazil soon.

It’s claimed that Scarpa could return to Brazil in January 2024 and join his former club Palmeiras.
Even though Flamengo also showed interest in him, it’s said he’d prefer a return to his old side, especially because the Rio De Janeiro club are going through a hard time.
Scarpa’s contract with Nottingham Forest expires in 2026, and he is on loan to Olympiacos until next summer.
There had already been rumors that Brazilian clubs were interested in him this summer, but the youngster was reported to be intent on remaining in Europe as he strives for success.
He’s made five appearances for Olympiacos since his debut and is currently fighting for a starting spot.
He would probably be more comfortable at Palmeiras, which is why he may now accept the transfer. Now we need to see if Nottingham Forest will accept a loan or a permanent transfer.
