Using your unique client reference number, you will be able to book online. You can also book by phone or in person between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. We recommend that you select to get your order via mail if you order online or by phone.

Members 23/24 (with a previous purchasing history) of Hatters

On Thursday, September 28th, new 23/24 Hatters Members with a previous purchasing history will be able to buy a ticket for this game online using your unique client reference number. You can also book by phone or in person from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you order online or by phone, we recommend that you receive your tickets digitally so that you can print them at home or send them to any smartphone. Tickets can be collected; however, we recommend that you do it ahead of time if feasible. If you are unable to do so, we strongly advise you to arrive early to avoid long lines at the Ticket Office and turnstiles. We will provide postage.

Purchase Returns

Any Season Card holder who is unable to attend this game is strongly advised to contact the Ticket Office. We will then release their spot so that another fan can attend. In exchange, we will leave a £10 Buy Back voucher (£5 for Juniors / Youths) for pickup at the next match. This voucher is redeemable at either the Club Shop or the Catering outlets located throughout the stadium. A Buy Back request must be received at least 24 hours before the fixture date.
