Collingwood Coach’s Touching Baby Surprise During Grand Final Victory
Collingwood coach Craig McRae shared fantastic news with the crowd this afternoon following an incredible triumph at the MCG.
Mr. McRae announced on stage to his fans that his wife had given birth to a baby girl this morning.
Craig McRae’s family rejoices as the Pies win the AFL Grand Final, making his team’s achievement even more meaningful.
“Today was already the best day of my life because my wife gave birth to a little girl at 7:45AM (this morning),” he stated.
“So darling, daddy is coming home tonight with a cup for you!”
Collingwood fans applauded the coach’s surprise statement with raucous applause across the stadium.
Despite their tenacity, the Brisbane Lions were defeated by Collingwood by four points: Pies 90, Lions 86.
Collingwood’s excellent defense was critical in holding off the Lions’ last-minute comeback attempt.
