Nottingham Forest target’s agent confirms Reds interest

According to Michele Di Gregorio’s agent, the Monza goalkeeper was “flattered” by Nottingham Forest’s interest this summer, but he will not be leaving Italy anytime soon.
Carlo Alberto Belloni, Carlo Alberto Belloni’s agent, maintains that despite the attention, the highly ranked goalie will remain in Serie A. Forest and Inter Milan were connected with a trade for Di Gregorio in the summer as part of their hunt for a new number one.

Forest reportedly made an offer for Di Gregorio earlier this summer, but the 26-year-old chose to stay with Monza.
“The flattery from the Premier League is nice, but we have decided to renew with Monza, which is the right environment for him,” Belloni revealed in a statement. “What about Inter Milan?” During the recent transfer market, they never returned our calls.”
