A vital Buffalo Bills player is fighting for his life in the hospital……

Damar Hamlin, a Buffalo Bills player, was taken to the hospital in critical condition after suffering a heart arrest on the field during a game versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
Damar Hamlin was transported to the hospital after having a heart arrest during the Bills-Bengals game; the Bills acknowledged he is still in critical condition; Hamlin’s uncle claims his nephew was resuscitated twice; and the NFL announced that the game will not resume this week after it was postponed.

The game in Cincinnati was called off while medical personnel responded to him and administered CPR for almost 10 minutes, with players from both sides obviously upset as the scenario developed.

Buffalo Bills second-year safety Damar Hamlin had taken key role

Dorrian Glenn, Hamlin’s uncle, told CNN on Tuesday evening that his nephew was resuscitated twice, once on the playing field and once at the hospital.

“They were resuscitating him on the field before they brought him in the hospital and then resuscitated him a second time when he got to the hospital,” Glenn went on to say.

“I just wanted to express my gratitude to the medical personnel who were present because, without them, my nephew would not be here.”

“I’m not a cryer, but I’ve never shed so many tears in my life.” Just so you know, my nephew died on the field and they brought him back to life.

“They sedated him just to give him a better chance of continuing to heal.” We’re just taking each day as it comes. He appears to be on a positive rising trajectory.”

Hamlin’s family said in a statement on Tuesday that they will provide updates on his condition “as soon as we have them.”

“On behalf of our family, we want to express our heartfelt appreciation for the love and support shown to Damar during this difficult time.” We are profoundly moved.
