Ruggs returned the game with about 10 minutes left in the second quarter.
Alabama wide receiver Henry Ruggs has been a home-run threat all season for Alabama.
He wasn’t touched on a play in the middle of the first quarter when Ruggs fell to the ground. The play before, Ruggs was talked on his left side by Deantre Prince of Ole Miss.
He was helped off the field without putting pressure on his left leg. Alabama has put him in the medical tent.
CBS reported Ruggs’ injury was a lower-body injury and he is questionable to return.
Ruggs is a Lee High graduate.
With 3:35 left in the first quarter, CBS showed Ruggs using an elliptical machine on the sideline.
