Big Ten coaches are outraged that the Michigan Wolverines have not been disciplined for reportedly stealing signals and signs from opponents on many occasions. However, one former Ohio State Buckeyes legend is standing up for Michigan in the midst of the NCAA inquiry.
previous All-Big Ten Buckeyes running back Maurice Clarett, in particular, believes that instead of being furious about what previous members of Michigan’s staff may or may not have done, we should be angry at the NCAA.
Clarett is probably right to still have some issues with the NCAA after he tried and failed to get to the NFL after his sophomore season instead of his junior year. But you still probably won’t find many other Ohio State alums who are on Michigan’s side on this one.
