A clear and troubling news for Clemson tigers key player

Clemson (7-4, 4-4 ACC) will face South Carolina (5-6, 3-5 SEC) in William-Brice Stadium on Saturday. The game will be broadcast on SEC Network at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Following their win over then-No. 20 North Carolina and the announcement of the fourth College Football Playoff rankings, the Tigers are now ranked No. 24.

The Tigers expect to be missing several key players, including wide receivers Beaux Collins and Antonio Williams. While speaking with the media earlier this week, head coach Dabo Swinney provided an update on the two receivers’ condition.

Swinney stated that Collins tore his plantar fascia during the North Carolina matchup and Williams is “not likely” to return against the Gamecocks. Sophomore Adam Randall has been and will continue to be a game-time decision as he is dealing with a broken hand.
