A prominent player makes a strong declaration about his return in

The Minnesota Vikings started the season 0-3 and all signs were pointing to a lost season.

But, the Vikings have won six of their last eight games and are back in the playoff picture

Winning six of eight games is impressive, even more so considering WR Justin Jefferson missed the entire game.
Jefferson has been out since Week 6 with a hamstring injury.
But it looks like he’s getting closer to a possible return.
According to Kevin Seifert, Jefferson did not comment on his participation in the Vikings’ Week 12 game on Monday night.
He said: Justin Jefferson said his hamstring is recovering well and is reaching top speed in training.
But he declined to say whether he believed he would be able to play Monday night.
“If I’m feeling good, I’ll play,” he said.
It’s still going on.

Minnesota has a bye in Week 13, so it might make sense for Jefferson to sit out this week and return after the bye.
The Vikings know their offense is better with Jefferson on the field.
However, Jefferson was unable to develop chemistry with new quarterback Josh Dobbs.
