Sad news has injury sidelines Las Vegas Raiders key player

The Chiefs will be without three key offensive weapons in Week 12 against the Raiders.

The Chiefs will be without three important offensive weapons when they face the Raiders in Week 12 in Las Vegas.

The team confirmed on Saturday that starting wide receiver Kadarius Toney (ankle/hip) and important third-down running back Jerick McKinnon (groin) will both be sidelined on Sunday. In addition, slot wideout and returner Mecole Hardman (thumb) was placed on injured reserve.

McKinnon, who has 19 receptions for 155 yards and three scores this season, is a diverse weapon for Mahomes out of the backfield. Toney, who has 22 receptions for 139 yards and a touchdown, is the team’s top home run threat.

Wideouts Rashee Rice and Justin Watson should be considered for bye week or injury replacements, while running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire might be a valuable flex option.

Kansas City has won the past five games with the Raiders and has defeated their AFC West adversary in 10 of the last 11 overall.
