The 2024 Wigan Warriors is expected to sell

Wigan Warriors are set to sell out the DW Stadium in February as they meet Penrith Panthers in the World Club Challenge and have already sold 17,000 tickets.

Wigan were crowned Super League Champions at they defeated Catalans Dragons in a tight Grand Final at Old Trafford 10-2 thanks to a Liam Marshall try and goals from Harry Smith.

As for Penrith, they won a third consecutive Grand Final coming from behind to break Brisbane Broncos hearts with Nathan Cleary scoring the winner.

They have a point to prove after they were beaten by a Lewis Dodd drop goal in the World Club Challenge in 2023 against St Helens.

This time, the game is being held in the UK at the DW Stadium and will see the Warriors sell out the DW Stadium with help from Penrith’s traveling fans.

 

The Panthers quest to become World Champions will see the NRL Premiers face Super League title holders Wigan Warriors at DW Stadium in England on Saturday 24 February.
