Per Lalonde, Alex Lyon—who was injured midway through the Red Wings’ 1-0 loss in Philadelphia on December 16th—will start in net tomorrow night when Detroit hosts the Nashville Predators.
Meanwhile, Olli Maatta and Jeff Petry are also poised to fold back into the lineup as well. Maatta was hurt in the Red Wings’ 7-6 shootout win over the Flyers on the 22nd, while Petry picked up his injury the following day in New Jersey when he collided with Christian Fischer.
