NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) –With the Saints’ 2023 season in the rearview mirror, the focus shifts to what comes next in 2024.
The Black and Gold have no control over free agency or the draft, but their opponents for 2024 have already been determined.
The biggest storyline for the 2024 season is the return of former Saints coach Sean Payton to New Orleans.
Payton led the Saints to a Super Bowl win in 2009. Payton’s record with the Saints was 152-89 over 15 seasons. The Who-Dats made the playoffs nine times under his leadership. 
Payton went 8-9 in his first season with the Denver Broncos.
In the 2024 schedule, the Saints will face teams from the NFC East and AFC West. Here is the complete schedule:
