What a great news Panthers sign new coach as they name three Frontrunners players

In the aftermath of firing former coach Frank Reich last year after just 11 games, the Carolina Panthers are searching for their third coach in five seasons.

Panther’s owner David Tepper announced last Nov, that coach Reich has been released following the 17-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans in Nashville.

As per recent reports, the Panthers are among the eight teams that are currently looking for a new head coach. The latest updates reported they have contacted several potential candidates, but the team’s final decision will be announced in a few weeks.

Sources have revealed the franchise interviewed Ravens OC Todd Monken, Ravens DC Mike Macdonald, and their own DC Ejiro Evero for their head coach position on Thursday.

Macdonald has showcased his potential as a defensive coordinator of the Ravens. Proven as one of the most consistent DC, the Ravens finished in the top 10 in total defense in the last two seasons, allowing only 17.5 points per game since the start of the 2022 season.

As per the source, Carolina’s interim head coach, Chris Tabor was also interviewed for the position on Wednesday. He took over from former coach Reich, following a 1-10 start to the season.

The Panthers finished this season with the league’s worst record at 2-15. Virtual interviews with coaches are lined up for the teams that failed to make the playoffs, or teams with playoff byes.

The virtual can be scheduled three days after their teams games, and physical interviews can’t begin until Jan. 22.
