The Golden State Warriors’ season might be finished in a few days.
The squad is vying for a spot in the forthcoming Play-In Tournament because they are currently ranked tenth in the West.
Their summer vacation starts if they lose that competition.
Tim Legler stated on “Get Up” that he believes Golden State is entering a new chapter in its history.
Legler declared, “That core group as currently assembled will not contend for another championship.”
Legler is not alone in thinking that the group led by Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Stephen Curry won’t take home another championship.
The Warriors will need to dismantle the core that has contributed so much to the team if they hope to win another championship soon.
Of course, they’ll want to hold onto Curry, but what will happen to Thompson and Green after that?
Will they be departing this summer, and where will they go?
Over the past ten years, the Warriors have accomplished a great deal and grown into one of the most successful NBA dynasties in history.
