Breaking: Draymond Green’s Final Condition Ahead of the Warriors vs. Trail Blazers

According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic: “Klay Thompson and Draymond Green are not in tonight’s Portland games. Gary Payton II’s calf discomfort has made him questionable. Without several players in their lineup, the Warriors will attempt to defeat the 21-58 Blazers in order to prepare for a pivotal back-to-back at home against the Pelicans tomorrow.”

With averages of 8.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game while shooting 39.5% from three-point range and 49.7% from the field in 54 games, Green has had another successful season.

With a 44-35 record through 79 games, the Warriors are the final play-in tournament place, and they come into the evening as the tenth seed in the Western Conference.

They are currently enjoying a two-game winning run and have gone 8-2 in their last ten games.

Golden State’s next game is scheduled for Friday night at the Chase Center in San Francisco, where they will welcome the New Orleans Pelicans after their match against the Trail Blazers.

With a 21-58 record through 79 games, the Trail Blazers are now the 14th seed in the Western Conference.

They are currently in the middle of a two-game losing streak and have gone 2-8 over their previous ten games.
