breaking news: Bills’ Draft Plans Seem to Be Revealed by Von Miller

The majority of NFL fans appear to understand what the Buffalo Bills need to do to strengthen their squad before the season begins, despite a somewhat turbulent offseason.

Although it’s not exactly a secret, it seems like one of Buffalo’s top defensive players has hinted to the team’s less-than-hidden plans for this year’s NFL Draft.

A meme showing his general manager with his fist pumped high in the air was shared on Instagram by superstar edge rusher Von Miller. The caption read, “Brandon Beane arriving to the 2024 NFL draft to trade up for a WR.”

It’s unclear how involved, if at all, Miller is in the draft process within the organization, but this isn’t rocket science.

Buffalo traded star wideout Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans, putting an end to what had become a rocky relationship, and also watched No. 2 receiver Gabe Davis sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars early in free agency.

This has left the team with Khalil Shakir and the newly-signed Curtis Samuel as the top two receivers on the depth chart, with Mack Hollins, Andy Isabella, and KJ Hamler rounding out the receiving room.

That’s not striking fear into any opponents, and with such a deep crop of talent at WR in this year’s draft, the Bills should have no problem finding someone worth selecting late in the first round.

Buffalo currently has the 28th overall pick, and if the Bills want to trade up, they have some ammo to use with their two fourth-round picks, three fifth-round picks, and two sixth-round picks.
