New York Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau reacted to Jimmy Butler’s video by jokingly saying he will beat Butler to a pulp.

Tom Thibodeau, the head coach of the New York Knicks, addressed Jimmy Butler’s recent remarks.

Butler asserted in a video that went viral on social media that the Miami Heat would have defeated the Boston Celtics and the Knicks would have played at home if he had been able to participate.

Boston would be at home, and New York would definitely be at home if I were playing. Josh Hart? In the video, Butler exclaimed, “C’mon man.”

It was questioned of Thibodeau what he thought of Butler’s remarks.

“Who?” said Thibodeau, pausing to add. “I’ve never met him. But I’ll crush him under my booty.

Butler was previously coached by Thibodeau, and the team’s chaos with the Minnesota Timberwolves during the 2018–19 campaign was widely publicized.

Butler sprained his MCL during the Play-In Tournament, which kept him out of the playoffs. The Heat then suffered a 1-4 first-round series loss to the Celtics.

In the meantime, the Knicks won the series 4-2 by defeating the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 6 on the road. They’ll compete in the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Indiana Pacers.
