Tshabalala believes that Mduduzi Shabalala, Samkelo Zwane, Wandile Duba, and Mfundo Vilakazi aren’t receiving the same treatment from Kaizer Chiefs.

Tshabalala told iDiski Times, “I’ll give examples. Mofokeng is playing well, and is a regular; he’s getting game-time, which is good for him, good for football [in the country].”

Tshabalala went on to criticize Kaizer Chiefs’ lack of direction and identity.

“It appears more dependent on individual skill [to win games] than a team structure, and it becomes a problem for the young when they are promoted to the first team, because they come into an environment where the team is not doing well, not winning,” he continued. “There is currently no structure, no identity.

“Now that they are also being introduced, they become disoriented as well because there is no identity or structure; they don’t even know what play patterns or play styles are,” he went on.
