Former Texas A&M quarterback Randy McCown sat down to reflect on his five years in Aggieland, which included two starts for the Maroon & White against the infamous Longhorns, on Episode 6 of the Lone Star Lookback series. Eight days after the Bonfire collapse, in 1999, he helped orchestrate one of the most unforgettable events in the school’s history when A&M defeated Texas at Kyle Field. After leaving College Station, McCown played for the Houston Marshals of the Spring Football League in 2000 and the Houston ThunderBears of the Arena Football League in 2001.
