WKRN, Nashville, Tennessee — After Justin Allgaier won the Tennessee Lottery 250, his third victory of the 2025 season, NASCAR’s huge weekend in Music City came to a head on Saturday night with a party.
At Nashville Superspeedway, the No. 7 Chevrolet led 100 of 188 laps in the NASCAR Xfinity Series race.”We’re fighting for wins every time we bring out our Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Chevy, and it’s always fast and up at the front,” Allgaier said to Nexstar’s WKRN.
He struggled throughout the race, finishing fourth on a restart with 49 laps remaining. However, he took the lead and maintained it for the remainder of the race after making a strong move to the inside of the track.
No. 88 Chevrolet driver Connor Zilisch, who finished in second, claimed that as soon as Allgaier hit the bottom, he realised his chances of winning the race were gone.
It ended as soon as he reached the bottom. I wish I could have done something differently, but I just was side drafted back, so I doubt I could have. And I simply didn’t have enough hold until we were side by side,” Zilisch remarked.
