New Era: The Time Has Come,  Netflix Release an eagerly anticipated documentary focusing on the iconic Texas tech red raiders basketball committing a Standing 6 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 233 pounds LeJuan Watts

LeJuan Watts, a versatile forward known for his dynamic playmaking and scoring ability, has officially committed to the Texas Tech Red Raiders men’s basketball program for the 2025–26 season. The announcement was made on April 15, 2025, by Texas Tech head coach Grant

A Proven Performer

Standing 6 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 233 pounds, Watts brings a wealth of experience and skill to the Red Raiders. In the 2024–25 season at Washington State, he averaged 11.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game, showcasing his all-around game. Notably, he recorded a triple-double with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists against Santa Clara and posted a career-high 24 points and 12 rebounds in a victory over San Francisco

Prior to his time at Washington State, Watts earned Big Sky Freshman of the Year honors at Eastern Washington, where he averaged 9.4 points and 4.9 rebounds per game during the 2023–24 season

What He Brings to Texas Tech

Watts is expected to make an immediate impact in Lubbock. His ability to contribute across multiple facets of the game—scoring, rebounding, and facilitating—adds depth to the Red Raiders’ lineup. His experience in high-pressure games, including postseason play, will be invaluable as Texas Tech aims to strengthen its presence in the Big 12 Conference.
