The San Francisco Giants missed the postseason after going 80-82 during the 2024 regular season. They’ve added a few pieces this offseason, however.
Willy Adames signed a seven-year, $182 million contract with the Giants, and the team also gave right-hander Justin Verlander a one-year, $15 million contract.
There is still work to be done. San Francisco could use another right-handed bat, either as a platoon piece or somebody they can put in their lineup every day.
